2 ½ rooms apartment

My beautiful 2.5-room apartment is located on the 4th floor and features a lovely balcony. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, as well as sufficient storage space. A small coffee table also finds space without any problems. The living room is large, bright, and friendly in design and additionally offers a practical built-in wardrobe. The bathroom features a bathtub as well as a window that provides natural daylight. The bedroom is very spacious at approx. 20 m² and offers plenty of space for individual design. The apartment also includes a cellar compartment as well as an attic compartment. In return, I am looking for an apartment more towards the lake, ideally in Enge or generally near the lake – the size is not decisive, I am primarily concerned with the location.
