Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 15m² in size and has large, light-flooded windows with morning sun. The blinds as well as the underfloor heating can be controlled via a switch. The apartment is modern and approx. 105 m² in size (plus balcony). A large window front in the kitchen and dining area allows the evening sun to flood the entire living space. We have two bathrooms, both with a toilet, one has a shower, the other a bathtub as well as a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is 10 minutes from Bahnhof Oerlikon. With Tram 51, which runs practically right in front of the door, you can reach the city center within 15 minutes. Additionally, a large Migros is located only 3 minutes away. By the way, we are still looking for a new gas grill for the balcony, if you have one ;) We are looking for someone who is open, fits well with our age, and likes to contribute to the shared flat everyday life, whether it be through cooking together, chatting, or simply for a cozy togetherness. Ideally, you have already lived alone or in shared flats for several years. If this sounds like you, feel free to write us a few words about yourself. :) We are two men, 25 and 28 years old (student and employed). Since we like to do things together, we would be happy to have someone who wants to actively participate in WG life. We like to organize evenings with friends, but we are not a party WG. One of us likes to jog, the other likes to go swimming. Furthermore, we are both often and gladly outdoors, for example when hiking or bouldering, but are basically up for almost anything. :) The room is also available immediately.
