It is approx. **10 minutes** to Zürich HB, and the **Sihl** is reachable in about **2 minutes** on foot. The apartment is shared with a very nice, working professional roommate, 26 years old. It is ideally suited for someone who wants to live centrally, quietly, and uncomplicatedly in Zürich for a few months. The apartment was recently renovated and features a modern kitchen, beautiful parquet, a bright living room with dining area, a balcony, as well as a new bathroom with its own washing machine and Tumbler.
