Room in a shared flat

We (Pietro 27M and Shaza 22F) are renting out a cozy room in our 3-person shared flat. The room is 14m² in size, furnished, and is ideally suited for students and professionals. The apartment features an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a shared living room and balcony. The shared flat is located on a quiet street with public transport and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. We are looking for an uncomplicated, open person who is a non-smoker and has no pets. Respectful and friendly coexistence is important to us. The room is available from 01.09.2026.
