**Shared Flat** Free Room Available in a **2-Tenant Shared Flat**. A room will be available in the flat starting January 1st 2026. **Location**: The flat is only around 3min walk from the lake! Besides that, it's well connected to public transport (tram 4 in front of the house, 8min walk to Stadelhofen train station from where you get to Zurich HB in 2min) and has lots of grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. **About the Flat**: The room has a commode and is otherwise unfurnished. It might be able to take over a relatively new mattress and a desk. The rest of the flat comes furnished. The contract is valid until 01.07.2027. **Rent**: 1000 CHF/month. In addition, there are small utility bills for the internet, electricy and serafe. **Who is your flatmate**: You would live together with a woman in her mid 30s, working for an NGO. She is a very warm person, a great cook, likes to dance and have philosophical/political discussions. She appreciates a warm and cozy home. Some of the days in the week she works from home and sometimes uses the living room as her work space. **Who we are looking for**: We are looking for someone between 25 and 40 years old. English, Arabic and French are spoken in the flat. The person should be tolerant, clean, and easy-going. The ideal flatmate is respectful of shared spaces and enjoys a cozy, positive living environment. We like to spend spontaneous moments together - dinners, movie nights, or just chatting - but also value personal space. We’d be happy to receive a short message and a few words about yourself.
