I am temporarily subrenting my 2.5 apartment in Wollishofen. It is available from 10th of August for at least 6 months. The apartment is on the ground floor, with access to terrace and garden. It is newly renovated, modern kitchen and appliances. It comes fully furnished. It is really well connected, 4 minutes walking to the bus stop, 8 minutes walking to the tram stop. The first and nearest supermarket is at 4 minutes walking, and a big Coop and Aldi in 10 minutes talking or 1 tram stop. In just 5 minutes walking you have a beautiful view from above of the lake and in 10 minutes you can find yourself at the lake side. I have not requested a parking spot for me but the building has availability so you can ask. Pets not allowed for this subrental.
