From 01.08.2026, I am renting out a large, beautiful, and furnished room in my attic apartment. The room offers: \- a large, private bathroom with shower and bathtub \- access to the roof terrace Shared use of kitchen, living area, and cellar \- own washing machine and dryer \- lift directly into the apartment The apartment is bright, quiet, and very pleasant to live in. Important note regarding use: I use the room approximately every second weekend, as my two children are with me then. During this time, the sleeping situation can be solved flexibly and will be discussed together. The rental price already takes this into account fairly. I am looking for a reliable, respectful person who appreciates this special living situation and can handle it well with trust and consideration. Rental price: CHF 1200
