**Bright Semi-Furnished Room with Private Bathroom - Temporary Sublet for 3 Months** **Temporary 3 Months:** August - November We are subletting a bright, semi-furnished room of approximately 12 m² in our shared apartment in Zurich. The room comes with its own private bathroom. The spacious kitchen, living room and balcony are shared. A washing machine and dryer are available directly in the apartment. The monthly rent includes all utilities and additional costs, including: * Wi-Fi * Electricity, water and heating * Serafe * Household insurance * Regular cleaning service for the shared areas We will be travelling throughout September, so the apartment will be especially quiet during that month.
