By arrangement, we are renting this centrally located 3.0-room apartment in our Fellenberg 2 settlement in Zürich-Albisrieden. The apartment features the following amenities: \- all rooms with parquet flooring \- kitchen and bathroom with tiled floors \- open dining kitchen \- balcony \- cellar and attic compartment \- laundry room (communal) in the basement for shared use **Minimum occupancy:** 2 persons Shares in the amount of CHF 5‘000.00 are to be subscribed. **_Joint and several liability or a guarantee is not possible._** **Keeping dogs** **is not allowed** according to the GBL rental regulations.
