The room is spacious and bright. Depending on the arrangement, some furniture can be taken over. **The room is available from 16.08.** and can ideally be taken over from this date. The apartment features two bathrooms, a large kitchen with a dining area, as well as a cozy living room with a sofa, TV, and balcony. The location at Clausiusstrasse 66 is very central in the immediate vicinity of the ETH Zentrum and with several tram connections directly in front of the door. From here, you can quickly get anywhere in Zürich. The two flatmates work in the ETH/engineering environment. They are uncomplicated, relaxed, and sometimes not at home on the weekend. If interested, I will gladly organize a meeting or a viewing with the two. Since they are the main tenants, they will also make the decision at the end. **Who we are looking for:** Ideally, you are at least 25 years old, employed, or working as a PhD/doctoral student at ETH or a similar institution. You appreciate a relaxed and uncomplicated coexistence, are open, enterprising, and at the same time considerate in everyday WG life. A harmonious togetherness is more important to us than a purely functional WG.
