3 ½ rooms apartment

Hello everyone, We are subletting our beautiful flat from June 10 to end of August. We are flexible on the start and end of the sublet period, but would like to rent it for 2 months ideally. The appartement is located in lively neighborhood (nice shops, bars, restaurants around!) yet in a very calm street with blocked access to cars. Zurich HB is a 12min walk away and you have many tram and bus stops around. The parc of Bäckeranlage is a 2min walk. The appartement has the following amenities: 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 office area with standing desk+screen+wifi (incl.), 1 dining room, 1 living room, 2 balconies, 1 shared very large rooftop (never used - perfect for morning coffee or yoga!), 1 shared washing machine and drier + drying room (super fast cycles and never occupied), +beautiful tall trees on the street. Only tenants with personal liability and household insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) will be considered. We love our flat and would be happy to share it with likeminded people.
