Room in a shared flat

We (f, 39 and m, 62) live in a beautiful 6.5-room apartment in the heart of Zürich Enge. A room will become available with us as of 1 May 2026. We are uncomplicated, open, and value respectful coexistence. At the same time, we enjoy spending time together occasionally – whether it is during a conversation in the kitchen or a spontaneous coffee. We are looking for a non-smoking person who enjoys a relaxed, respectful, and at the same time lively coexistence and knows how to appreciate both community and retreat. The apartment offers everything one could wish for pleasant shared apartment life: a well-equipped kitchen for shared use, two large bathrooms, as well as a quiet and yet central location. Shopping facilities such as Sihlcity as well as tram, bus, and train connections (stop Waffenplatzstrasse and Bahnhof Enge) are reachable within a few minutes' walk. Lake Zürich and the Sihl also invite for walks, sports, and relaxation.
