Roommate wanted (who lives vegan or is willing to refrain from using animal products in the shared kitchen) I am looking for a female or male roommate for my beautiful, top-modern 3.5-room apartment in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in hip Albisrieden, with excellent public transport connections included. What awaits you: · 14 m² bright room (upon request partially furnished with bed, nightstand and wardrobe, curtains, lamp) · Kitchen, 2 bathrooms including shower and bathtub and living room for shared use · Sunny balcony with space for chilling and grilling · Own laundry tower (bye bye laundry room struggle!) · Underfloor heating and Minergie standard · W-LAN, TV, furniture, kitchen appliances, fitness equipment: everything can be shared Rent: CHF 1150. per month (+180 CHF NK) Move-in: by arrangement Who I am looking for: · A quiet, friendly person who has no need for flatshare parties · Non-smoker · And most importantly: vegan at home I live vegan and would please like no animal products in our shared kitchen or in the refrigerator. What you do in your room is entirely up to you – but the kitchen should remain a cruelty-free feel-good place. I myself am quiet, reliable, sporty and also look forward to occasional exchange over a coffee or while cooking. If even a friendship develops, all the better. Sounds good?
